Brand new apartment located at an Unesco protected nature park in the town called Lerici. Private entrance, private garden and close to various beaches. The sea and park view from the apartment is magnificent.
Lerici is a very attractive and charming coastal town at the Golfo dei Poeti close to nice tourist attractions such as Cinque Terre, Portovenerre, Parma, Genoa,Portofino, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Forte Dei Marmi, etc.
The space
This apartment has a big living room and open kitchen with kitchen Island. The apartment has 3 bathrooms that all 3 include shower, bidet, toilet and sink. One bathroom has a bath. This apartment also has 5 bedrooms. These are as follows:
- one big bedroom with Kingsize bed to sleep 2 persons
- one big bedroom with Kingsize bed to sleep 2 persons
- one small bedroom with 2 single beds to sleep max 2 persons
- one big bedroom with 2 single beds that can be attached to each other or used as 2 separate beds. To sleep 2 persons
