Amazing apartment and host
We’ve stayed in Meribel many times before but this apartment is on another level compared to the apartments we’ve previously found. It’s modern, spacious and finished to a high standard. The balcony view down the valley is stunning.
We drove from the UK in a Tesla so the included parking space and EV charging was a big incentive. Although there is public parking available below the apartment, there is a separate barrier controlled area where we were directed to on arrival. It has three Type 2 22kwh EV chargers which were free to use and were empty for most of the time. They could do with some instructions but I just tapped my phone and the charge started.
Thibault was an amazing host and made our arrival very easy. He stayed in contact and was there to show us into the parking and apartment when we arrived. We couldn’t fault the presentation of the apartment as it was perfectly clean and well equipped.
The apartment has a large ski locker with plenty of boot heaters which made getting ready for skiing very easy.
The only minor criticism we could think of was that although there was a pod coffee machine, there was no cafetiere and the kitchen could do with some more cooking utensils. Other than that the apartment is very well equipped. The washing machine certainly came in very handy.
I would definitely want to stay in this apartment again when we return to Meribel. No question. Thanks Thibault.
