Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 24 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a south-facing balcony with a view of the Lac de Matemale. We're waiting for you!

- A 24 m² living room with TV, two double sofa beds and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, pod coffee maker, raclette machine, fondue machine, etc.
- Bathroom with bath, heated towel rail and WC.

- A balcony of approx. 3 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
