Chalet '228 - Village Nordique' with Mountain View, Shared Pool and Private Terrace

This chalet is part of a group of 61 homes called “Village Nordique.” It is located about 500 meters south of the La Féclaz resort center and 300 m from the first alpine and cross-country ski slopes.



This detached chalet sits on a plot of about 500 m² in a quiet area, with a terrace and south-facing windows. With 55 m² of living space over 2 levels, it can accommodate up to 4 guests.



The chalet includes:

Ground floor:

- Entrance area for storing equipment (skis, snowshoes, boots, etc.)

- Living room with TV and sofa bed

- Kitchen area with refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and coffee maker

- Bathroom and WC



Upstairs:

- One bedroom with two single beds

- One bedroom with a double bed



Bed linen and towels are not included; you can rent them for an extra fee from the concierge after booking.



The property is furnished with kitchen equipment, dishes, glassware, blankets, and pillows for 4 guests.



You may drive up to the chalet only for loading and unloading. Long-term parking is available in the nearby lot.



In summer, guests have access to the Village Nordique’s private outdoor pool. The treated and heated pool is fenced and closed outside opening hours, preventing access by young children as required by regulations. The pool depth ranges from 1 to 2.5 meters, is not supervised, and children swim under their parents’ responsibility.
