Welcome to the "Lauvitel" residence.
This studio with an area of 30m² for 4 people, located on the 4th floor, consists of:
- Equipped kitchenette: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, ceramic hob
- Living room with a sofa bed and a television
- Mountain corner with a sofa bed
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilet
- South-facing balcony
- The accommodation is equipped with duvets, pillows and sheets
- Outdoor parking adjacent to the private residence and free according to availability and not guaranteed
- The accommodation has collective heating, in operation only during the winter period, generally from November to April
The residence "Lauvitel" is located at the foot of the ski slopes and the ski lift "Le Diable", with ski rentals and all amenities. It is also equipped with ski lockers and a lift.
Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are additional:
- Towel kit: £12 / person
- End-of-stay cleaning: £70
A deposit of €500 will be requested upon your arrival.
Note: Maestro cards, American Express, cheques and cash are not accepted.
Please note that the key handover does not take place at the accommodation address, but at our agency located at "9 Rue des Sagnes - 38860 Les Deux Alpes".
