RENTAL LES GETS: Two-room apartment equipped for up to 4 people, approximately 43 m² with a south-facing balcony, located on the 1st floor of the "LE MONT CALY" residence (elevator). This bright and well-maintained apartment offers comfortable living. Location: 350 m from shops - 50 m from the Marais parking lot where the village market is held on Thursday mornings. 450 m from the Chavannes gondola lift - central heating. 1 private parking space in the underground garage. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or the apartment; please arrange bicycle storage.
Description: Entrance hall + wardrobe - Fully equipped kitchen area open to the lounge area (3 ceramic hobs + microwave oven + oven + dishwasher 6 place settings + large fridge with 50l freezer section + toaster, electric coffee maker , kettle, food processor + high and low cupboards with cookware) - Lounge area equipped with 1 folding sofa for 2 people + 1 TV - Bathroom (bath, washbasin) - WC - 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed pers (140cm) + cupboard and access to the south-facing balcony - 1 garage space in the basement.
