Situated 350 m from shops, 50 m from the Marais parking lot where the village market is held on Thursday mornings, and 450 m from the Chavannes gondola lift. Includes a closed garage box in the basement where mountain bikes are permitted. Central heating. Bicycles are not allowed inside the apartment.

Description: Entrance + cupboards - Equipped independent kitchen (vitroceramic hob + microwave oven + mini-oven + dishwasher + fridge + high and low cupboards with kitchen utensils) - Living room equipped with 1 sofa bed for 2 people + 1 TV + south-facing balcony access - Shower room (shower, washbasin, washing machine) - WC - 1 bedroom with 2 trundle beds for 1 person + 1 folding bed for 1 person (exclusively for a child) + cupboard + access to the balcony. Ski box common to the residence.
