Situated 200 meters from the Mont Chéry gondola lift, 400 meters from the Chavannes Express ski lifts, 150 meters from the slopes, and 100 meters from shops. Access to the Chavannes slopes is possible via the bridge behind the ESF ski school at the start of the Route des Chavannes. Includes one private parking space in the underground garage and one ski locker. Electric heating. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or the apartment; please arrange bicycle storage with the concierge.
