Relax on the terrace and enjoy a barbecue lunch!
The villa features a living area with a sofa bed (BZ type, 140 cm) and a flat-screen TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with 2 electric hobs, microwave, mini oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and tabletop refrigerator. There is also a cupboard with a washing machine and a bathroom with WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the mezzanine includes 2 trundle beds (90 cm), a chest of drawers, and a Velux window, bringing light and charm to the space.
The terrace, bordered by hedges, is perfect for relaxing moments.
SHARED SWIMMING POOL open from mid-June to mid-September* - TERRACE FURNITURE - ELECTRIC BARBECUE - PRIVATE PARKING SPACE N° 241 - PETS NOT ALLOWED
*Availability of the swimming pool subject to the decrees cause COVID-19.
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
