Indeed, situated just behind the Zoo of Sables d'Olonne, you can see the lion enclosure from the back of the house, and that of the giraffes from the car park. Enough to delight the children!



Nestled within a private, gated and secure residence, you enter through the small garden and its terrace, where the barbecue and table await you to enjoy some good grilled food. Deckchairs are also at your disposal to laze in the sun.



On the ground floor, in the living room you will find the dining area with its friendly table, the lounge with its sofa bed that can accommodate two people for the night, and a television to enjoy a good film. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, two electric hob plates, and a combined oven-microwave. You will also find for your breakfasts a filter coffee maker, a second one with pods, a kettle and a toaster.



A bathroom with shower and an independent toilet complete this level.



On the upper floor, a first bedroom welcomes you with its double bed and large wardrobe. The second comprises a trundle bed offering two sleeping spaces. In the hallway, you will find a large wardrobe with its mirror.



For your added comfort, you benefit from parking within the private car park of the residence. A washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board and a travel cot are also at your disposal.
