We purchased this villa in 2013 after falling in love with the peaceful beauty of St. Martin. Although we live in Paris, we cherish every holiday spent here in Les Terres Basses with our three children and friends. It’s our home away from home — a place we are delighted to share with guests who want to experience the island’s charm and sophistication.

This elegant 300 m² villa blends contemporary comfort with the authentic warmth of Caribbean architecture. Recently renovated, it is composed of two adjoining houses set within a 10,000 m² tropical garden in the secure Lowlands Estate.

Second & Third Bedrooms (Garden Level)
Both open onto the illuminated tropical garden and include a 2 × 2 m bed with en-suite bathroom.

Fourth Bedroom (Upstairs, Main House)
A cozy room with the bathroom located on the ground floor.

All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

The villa is just a 10-minute walk from La Samanna Hotel and the stunning Long Bay Beach, one of the island’s most serene stretches of coastline.
