Was not able to use my reservation as l had a health issue beforehand so I cancelled 48 hrs before l was to go. I then was told that it was not possible to refund my money. Oth Expedia and the hotel blamed one another saying it was the others responsibility to refund. No refund was given.

I booked my room in advance. When I arrived I was told the room I booked was out of service all they had was regular rooms. I was put in a room that was half the size. No heat in the room and you could hear the people talking in the room above and beside me. At 6 am I got woken up to kids running back and forth above me. I am packed my stuff and went to my truck to find out someone broke into it I went to the front desk and told them I am checking out I don’t want to stay here for the remainder day I booked. I was then told no refund and now all the sudden room I originally booked was available. I said no I don’t want I would like a refund for the remainder day they said no it was already paid for. This is by far the worst place I’ve been to. Don’t book at this place as it is run down and not safe to park around.

Not professional, the room had barely the minimal supplies. The beds are terribly, ive had back from now for 2 months since we stayed there. The pool was drained and very very dirty and nobody was working on it to get it cleaned up going again. This was in February of 2025. So not worth going there.

We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids, ages 7 to 14) that lodged in this hotel. Hotel was great, my kids loved the breakfast (served from 6 to 9am, bagel, sliced bread, cereal, waffles, boiled eggs, bacon, tea, coffee and juices), swimmimg pool and hot tub were cleaned. Room was cleaned, sheets and towels were white and cleaned. The room size was a bit small but ok. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We will be booking this hotel again..
