Traveling home from a missions trip, I was accustomed to hotels at a certain price point. Though most always clean and comfortable, I hadn't stayed at hotel of this caliber since my days in business administration for an international technology company. Traveling alone was also something I hadn't done in a very long time, having lost my husband this past January. Booking Fairfield through Hotels.com, I was surprised and pleased with the cost initially. I found the property very pleasant, even thinking it was brand new because everything was so nice and well cared for. My room was perfect and even felt almost extravagant for my usual budget. The parking lot safe, staff not only knowledgeable and efficient, but kind and comforting. Overall enjoyed my stay extremely well and could only hope to find similar accommodations in the future.

Great place to stay!! Had trouble with our fire stick so called down to front desk. They sent someone up right away. We wanted to watch Netflix and they had a link to Netflix and Prime already. Very convenient . Staff are more than willing to help. Would recommend staying here.

Stayed three nights and never got a complete change of towels without asking, garbage wasn’t always taken out, shower never cleaned. This property is at a highway intersection with traffic lights where semi tractors continuously use their engine retarder brakes. Too expensive for mediocre service.

Overall not a good time

Service was not good. They were very pushy and demanding. The room was decent. The eggs, and sausage was horrible. Tried the hot tub and after putting on the timer for the jets, it was still water. Nothing worked. The floor all around pool area was disgusting. Didnt stay anymore. Packed up, checked out and left. The checkin and checkout times were different from the hotels.com app. Not happy at all.
