Had a wonderful sleep and rest here. Very quiet and clean room. Staff are wonderful people at the front desk. Will most certainly be back and recommend to family and friends.Had dinner at casino that night and the lady at front desk gave us a card to get 25% off dinner.

Bottom of poor was scratchy, have to get front desk to turn on waterslide and waterslide overheats? Small dining area and set up in tables of 2, no family seating. The eggs were really salty. When trying to check out the lady couldn't pause her conversation about her daughter to help me, had to stand there and wait till she finished.

This hotel was fantastic! Quiet and safe area. Hot breakfast in the mornings, the pool and hot tub were really well maintained. Every staff member there was wonderful! Cheerful, super welcoming and we asked for a couple of small things like an extra blanket and they were very accommodating. Would 100% stay here again.

Lethbridge overnight stay!

Front desk check lady was so kind. Gave us a discount for casino food. Pool was clean and refreshing . Building is walking distance ,close to casino. Hot free breakfast was a bonus.

Fantastic stay

We stayed at this hotel years ago, we decided to stay again. It was the same, except I will add the customer service which was great before, was exceptional on this most recent visit. They helped us find a place to have supper to celebrate our grandsons birthday.

Stayed with my family for 2 nights. The room was clean and decent size for the price we paid. Breakfast is just so so but i liked the fact that you can grab snacks anytime when its available.
