Both front end managers were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable and the stay was very relaxing. The breakfast was one of the best we have had as it consisted of scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausages, pancakes, fruit, cereal, yogurt and bagels/breads. Good selection of juices along with coffee and tea. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel

Even though this an older hotel, everything was excellent. Check-in staff was very friendly, room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Food at the on-site restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Only criticism was that the room was cold and could not get the thermostat to work. Bathroom had in-floor heating which was great. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Lethbridge.

It was very quiet, even though on a busy thoroughfare. Staff were very helpful The included breakfast was better than many. We would definetly recomend it to eveveryone. We would definitely stay again. Great for the price..
