Welcome to this bright townhome with views of the pond and fountain from dining room window. Open floor plan on the 1st floor with living room, kitchen, dining room, and half bath. On the 2nd floor you’ll find two bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bathroom as well as large landing arranged in a sitting and TV/videogame area. Large master bedroom suite in 3rd floor with a sitting area and pull-out couch.
Fenced-in backyard with patio furniture and grill, tastefully illuminated with string lights for your outdoor dinners around a bottle of wine.
Community swimming pools (2), Tennis Courts, Pickleball courts and Community Center (use of all community amenities included with rental)
Two-mile paved walking/biking trail in the neighborhood and access to longer Train-to-Trail leading to Lewes and Cape Henlopen Park.
Walk to neighborhood's many restaurants (Fish On, Arena’s, Lighthouse Grill), bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, and spa.
Short drive to Historic Downtown Lewes and its highly rated restaurants and quaint shopping scene.

Place was just as described. Great location close to Lewes, bike paths, restaurants, parks, shopping outlets and rehobeth. Had an issue with a missing pool fab, but contacted owner and was resolved in an hour! Parking was easy. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was clean and could always find a chair. Place was stocked with beach gear so did not need to bring anything. Will visit again!

Great Townhome

Great vacation house! Very clean and fresh feeling, kitchen was well supplied, we loved having a grill and outside area to relax in, and it was very close to the pool! Restaurants in the 5 points community were very close as well (Arenas has great breakfast and lunch!) It was perfect place for our beach vacation. Definitely would rent again!
