Whole house access except for 2 owners' storage rooms. My husband and I are easily accessible via text or phone calls. We do have an emergency contact nearby whose name and number will be provided upon check-in. Friendly neighbors! Our place is an easy 15 minute-drive southeast of downtown Lewistown, a place where you, your family, or friends are welcome and assured of a peaceful retreat! Enjoy a 30 mile scenic drive to Forest Grove and other places like Crystal Lake, our family’s favorite place to hike, swim, kayak, etc! Discover more places to enjoy around Lewistown where they’re not too crowded, just send me a message to learn more about Lewistown! • To complete a farmhouse-feel, our floor is stained concrete so make sure to bring with you a pair of thick sandals to wear inside the house. • Smoking and pets inside the house are not allowed in consideration of future guests with allergies. Violators will be fined $500 per violation and per stay. • Hunted wild animals are not allowed inside the house for sanitary purposes and in consideration of future guests with allergies. Violators will be fined $700 for extra cleaning fee. • Hunting weapons are allowed only if disclosed before check-in. • Early and Late check-outs are allowed with owners’ approval with a maximum of two hours before regular check-in and regular check-out times. • Please communicate if any issues arise before submitting a less than 5-star review. We are new in the STR business and our number one goal is to please our every guest. • Local guests are now allowed for insurance claims and family gatherings.
