Beautiful...clean...home. Quiet neighborhood. Traveled with a friend and we each had our own bedroom with an attached bathroom. There are so many things to see in the area and it is like everything is about 15 minutes away. Lots of really good restaurants. The owner of this property checked on us after a few days to make sure everything was okay. We had no complaints for him. I would recommend this property to anyone headed to Lexington.

Exactly as described

The home was clean, comfortabe and attractively furnished, exactly as pictured and described. We appreciated the fenced back yard for our dog. Check in was easy and the host was easily accessible. We would highly recommend this property.

It was very clean and comfortable for my family of 4. It’s a lot roomier than the pictures suggest. One tip: there is a regular coffee machine and a kreuig, but no coffee on hand so make sure to bring some.

Fabulous property and experience

We stayed 4 nights over a holiday weekend to spend time with family from 3 states. Jim was a prompt and clear communicator. The home was LOVELY, decorated in a mid century style. We had every convenience needed and more! The attached back porch, fenced in yard was a highlight and provided an area for us to sit outside and enjoy our family. We saw birds, ducks and a rabbit. Jim was kind and a thoughtful host. When visiting family in the future I would stay here again!

Cozy little house

We loved this house! It was decorated so nicely and had everything you needed in it! Kids loved the loft! Kitchen was fully equipped with anything you needed. Deck was nice. Check in was easy! Instructions for departure were clear! Grocery store was super close.

Weekend Getaway

This property worked great for our weekend in Lexington. Property was ready for us early and clean. Had a fenced yard we could let the dog out and bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Bonus that there were TVs in every bedroom. It was also close to lot of food options. We really enjoyed it!

My family from Kansas City stayed here for a week while visiting Lexington. House was clean, located on a pleasant street near convenient restaurants and shopping. We will plan on their staying here during future visits if available.

Wonderful Andover/Hamburg area home

We just returned from spending 9 nights at this wonderful home. Everything from the communication with the owner to the location and property updates were perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the closets nicely sized. We had everything we needed during our stay and were located near tons of shopping, restaurants and even the interstate. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood even though it’s so close to everything. We were in town to visit our son at UK, which was only a 15 minute drive. We will definitely be returning to this property for our future visits to Lexington.

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in!

My husband and I stayed for 5 weeks while relocating for a new job. The owner Jim went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for us and our two dogs. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Every room is filled with small touches to make you feel comfortable and at home from toothbrush holders in the bathrooms, extra blankets, extra pillows, even two different types of coffee maker to ensure you have your preferences! I can’t begin to express how perfect this vacation home is. Even better, it’s minutes to every type of restaurant possible, 3 minutes drive to multiple groceries. I’ve already recommended this VBRO to colleagues and friends!

Christmas Vacation

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at one of Jim’s properties and we could not be more satisfied. The house was in the perfect location, close to everything we needed, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood which is ideal for our family. We arrived to a clean property and seamless check-in procedure. The house is also ideal for traveling with a pet since it has ample space and a fenced backyard.
