Needs renovation

This hotel needs updating. The beds and pillows were old and lumpy. The hotel room was clean except the mold covered vent in the shower. The hotel elevators and lobby were not swept and clean. (I was there in the late afternoon. I know it is difficult to find employees for housekeeping for second shift, but a receptionist or manager could do an inspection and a little cleaning up during this time frame.) The breakfast buffet had no protein except sausage. I know eggs are expensive these days, but they could have been offered. The coffee was even lukewarm.

Wonderful staff, but hotel ready for an upgrade.

The service from the staff was next to none. So friendly and helpful. The front desk receptionist even called to ensure that we had all we needed and that we were comfortable. The hotel is older, and is ready for an upgrade. The breakfast was nice, but the plastic cutlery and the styrofoam plates were of lower quality, which made the experience just that much less appealing.

Beautiful older hotel, the water fall feature in the lobby is so nice and calming. Rooms are good size, beds could be a little better but pool is very warm and breakfast is good.

The check in went very smooth and they later called my room to be sure everything was ok. The room and facilities were in very good shape, even though it is an older hotel. Not much right next to the hotel, but downtown restaurants, a brewery and other shops were only a half mile away. It is also great to have free parking.

I loved my stay! I will say they could stand to replace the mattresses, but everything overall was great! The staff was friendly, the breakfast had variety, and we were mostly very comfortable.

Great place

Great place to stay, but once you arrive park in front and check in before you park in the parking garage after 7pm or you will have to walk all the way around to the front. They don’t tell you that when booking.
