They sent a text asking to complete pre-arrival check in where you needed to upload your drivers license and credit card information. But when I arrived, I had to give them my license and credit card information again to check in even though they already had it in the system. Ridiculous and sketchy!

Horrible service and attitude at the Radisson

We arrived late for our daughter’s graduation. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink only cold. I couldn’t call down to the desk because the phone didn’t work. We had to wash our faces and brush our teeth in the tub faucet which had hot water. I called the desk on my cell 6 times the woman downstairs didn’t pick up the phone and the room phone didn’t work. For the next two days we left messages for the manager -no one called us back. When I finally spoke with the manager she wasn’t apologetic, didnt say anything to the effect that she was sorry we had a miserable experience, instead she said I was a liar. She was rude, talked over me, wouldn’t listen to my complaints -just interrupted. This hotel is in the service business, they should be polite and accommodating. Stay elsewhere.

I will not be staying here again. Everything from check in to check out was very frustrating and not worth the exorbitant rate that I paid. The person working the desk at check in was very rude and unprofessional. The rooms are old and dark and the beds were very uncomfortable. There was something crawling in the roof above my room that woke me up at 530 every morning. On the day of checkout I was removing items from my room around 10am (checkout is 11) and came back up from my car and housekeeping had opened my room and propped open the door with my belongings still in the room.

Great place to stay!

Some of my family and friends stayed here for my graduation. The breakfast was great, consisting of sausage, eggs, a variety of juices and milk, waffles, fruits, etc. The staff were welcoming, helpful and very friendly. The comfortable beds and quiet rooms were a welcome respite after the excitement, making the graduation trip even more memorable.
