I have stayed at this hotel location for the past few years and this year I could feel the service decline. I will more than likely book with the other hotel that is within walking distance to this one if I return to this area next Thanksgiving. The room was clean and comfortable but that's where my praise ends. I am not a fussy traveler but if I'm spending my money on a room, there are certain things that are non-negotiable. I had absolutely no water pressure nor hot water for my 5 AM shower. I though it was just me or my room, but others on the elevator complained of having the same issue. I went down to the lobby after my cold, lifeless shower to grab a cup of coffee; only to be told that coffee wouldn't be available until breakfast. This was at 6 AM so not unreasonably early. I have traveled a lot and I can say that this was the first time that coffee/hot water was only available during breakfast hours. The man at the front desk was very dry about it too. Not friendly or willing to budge from behind the desk. Checkout was effortless at least. Stay somewhere else, I would not recommend this one.

Bed was very good. Rooms are right by the train tracks with freight trains running through the night so bring ear plugs! Stairwell smells like pee. Pool is tiny. Nice breakfast and social hours. Big room.
