After booking and paying for my room in advance when I arrived at the hotel I was told my room was not ready and would most likely not be ready for some time, well past check in. I was offered a lesser room than what I paid for but the hotel didn't what to refund the difference said to call Orbitz and deal with them. After driving almost 12 hours and having to attend funeral services that day I took the lesser room to get some rest from our trip and get ready for funeral services. Once in the room, there were multiple things broken and did not work and the were not enough towels. I notified the front desk and was told oh maintenance is aware and we thought they fixed it. No towels were brought up. And no one fixed anything or even came to check on it. Staff was not helpful at all. I contacted Orbitz and was told hotel manager would contact me for a refund and almost a week later no contact. Also there was a terrible sewer smell outside the hotel and in the entrance that came and went. Never will use this brand of hotel again. Stay away and don't waste your money.

We got the room with the two queen beds in the kitchenette the beds were good enough that I’m going to buy a mattress just like what they had in there. Breakfast is hot ready to go ice cold Coca-Cola in the morning free everybody was friendly. I highly recommend this place.
