Shuttle bus to the airport was a mess. We had booked 5:30 am but upon arriving in the lobby the driver had not shown up to start at 5am so there were multiple groups waiting for shuttles they had also booked but did not come. This causes issues and panic with people who expect to have a timely and reliable ride to the airport.
