This was a lovely stay - new hotel - the room was very comfortable and access to the airport easy. The pool was underconstruction when we were there - so we visited the sister Hilton to use the pool. Breakfast was great, staff were helpful and friendly.

The place overall was a good place to stay. When we got there, they were working on the pool so it was closed. The staff is very friendly. Complementary breakfast was very good. I would recommend this place.

We stayed one night before flying out of Costa Rica. This is a new hotel with excellent customer service and a fantastic location. The area felt very safe and was pleasantly quiet. There are several restaurants within walking distance, adding convenience to our stay. The breakfast was good, and the free airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, making our departure stress-free. Overall, a 360-degree great experience — not a single complaint.

The closest you can be for an early moring flight, great value great rooms, new and friendly staff! Plentiful moning breakfast! Pool was closed but they have offered a shuttle to go to the sister hotel in the back if you want. Shuttle offered for the Airport. Our rental car from Alamo company had the optiont to have the car left in the parking of the hotel and there's a box in the lobby for drop off the key, very convenient, make sure you take your video or photos of it. Excellent service. Would go back.Dinner was served at the hotel too. Pura Vida .

The pool was not open and under repair. Another hotel pool was offered by shuttle. We could not get our room cool enough. We lowered the temperature to 19 degrees C, but it never got that cool, more like 23. Food at the breakfast was average.

The people were friendly and very accommodating and the restaurant availability for dinner and the food was very good. The hotel was new and maintained very clean. The a/c was not working well or at all and there were not enough hand towels and wash towels available in the room and no extra pillows. The hotel was convenient to the airport and the shuttle to the airport and driver were excellent and readily available.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was under construction so they let us use the pool at the Hilton. it looked like the pool would be nice once finished. The pool at the Hilton was nice but I think the Hampton hotel was newer. They also have an airport shuttle and breakfast was included. A good place to stay if you are needing a place close to the airport in Liberia. (It's literally across the street but not noisy)

Traveling family of 3. The hotel is new so that’s always nice. Lots of people checking in, but the line went quickly. The rooms are small but adequate. We got the 2 double beds. Very fresh, modern room. The beds and pillows are comfortable. A little closet and cubby space and a little fridge. The bathroom a decent size with walk in shower. Again, new and fresh and clean. Plenty of towels and shampoo provided. The shower pressure was very low and the hot water wasn’t continuous… it would be warm water for about 20 seconds, then go to cool, then warm again 20 seconds later. Maybe that’s how they get people to take shorter showers 🤔? We tried to adjust the temperature of the room to get it cooler at night, but it didn’t seem to get cool enough. It was a bit hot for us. We didn’t use the pool as it was being fixed, but they said we could use the pool at the other hotel for free. Surrounding property: lots of new building going on. We ate dinner at the KFC next door. There’s also a Subway and an ice cream shop next door with a new Italian eatery going in. Obviously catering to travelers at the hotel. A gas station at the intersection too is nice to be able to fill up the gas of a rental car. We plan on taking the hotel shuttle to the airport, which they say runs continuously throughout the day. All in all, it’s a good one nighter hotel close as can be to the airport right acrosss the street. I would stay here again if flying in or out of Liberia airport.

Perfectly fine chain hotel. But very poor soundproofing. Pool area was under maintenance. Bathroom door was sliding and litterly impossoble to open fromnthe inside without help. No hot water in the morning. Staff was lovely. Room was clean. Location was excellent from the airport, but i shoild have booked something with more character a little farther away.

Unfortunately, our stay didn’t begin as smoothly as scheduled. I purchased my room in advance on Expedia and when we checked in we were given a different room, queen bed no accessible shower not what I paid for and wanted( the king bed with walk in accessible shower We were then left waiting for an 1 1/2 hours before the front desk was able to arrange another room with a king bed but still no accessible walk in shower. After driving for a long distance, my husband and I were quite tired and to be left waiting at the front lobby and not to receive the room that we originally paid for was very disappointing.

Be careful when booking this hotel through Expedia and prepaying. When you check in make sure they do not charge you again for the hotel. I prepaid through Expedia and then was charged by the hotel again when I checked out. I didn’t know this until I got home. When I contacted customer service for the refund it took 30 days for them to start the refund process (I had to contacted them a few times and filed a dispute with my credit card before they finally asked for documentation). They will not refund your credit card, they will insist on sending a check within 60 days. Overall I will be waiting 90 days for a refund for the duplicate charge. They also did not check my address before sending out the check and sent it to the wrong address. I don’t know if I will even receive this refund. I suggest when you check in make sure that they know it’s prepaid to avoid all the hassle of their customer service.
