Staff was responsive to our difficulties to access our room after I had to ask for help. Elevator requires a swipe of room key to operate which hotel check-in failed to notify us of doing in order to access our floor. Not enough shuttles to accommodate guests to return to airport at appropriate time. Overall, a clean place but lacked guest friendly services especially for older visitors.

We only stayed here to catch an early flight. Everything is very over priced, it should be criminal. We ordered room service for the food to be inedible. Could not control the AC and the rooms felt stuffy. If you don’t have to stay here, don’t.
