Very slow check-in. Room AC and safe did not work properly. 24 hour airport shuttle was not accurate. Hotel staff arranged a taxi. The taxi was clearly not an authorized driver. Very old very small car with a car seat and did not take cards.

So I stay in hotels 75 nights or more a year and here is what went wrong on this stay. 1 check in took around 22 minutes per person so showed up there were two people Doing check in and 3 people in front of me check in took 36 minutes. 2 paid Expedia $31 dollars extra to have two breakfasts for my self and the wife and hotel says nope no breakfast included and says this is a normal problem with Expedia 3 tried to get ahold of a human at Expedia spent 30 minutes trying to do this they tried to get ahold of the hotel but the front desk never answers the phone. 4 booked a suite room is large enough but very cheaply done and there was no thought to use so things are all in weird spots 5 shower is either Luke warm or burn your skin off and and changes all the time you are under the water.

The room had a stuffy smell to it that was quite bothersome. The front desk staff was not very engaging, one of the other front desk staff came over to let me know that they would be right with me while the front desk person infront of me who was supposed to be helping me just kept her head down. I just did not feel very welcome or acknowledged. I will say the pool and restaurant staff were lovely.

1. Checkin was long and confusing. 2. 45 minute wait for waiter to arrive at dinner. Dishes were dirty. 3. Tissue box in room was full of used tissues. 4. Toilet very slow to flush, stopped up. Price too high for this experience. Stay somewhere else

We were told that 4 rooms were out of commission so they moved us to another hotel that was not comparable - nice people there but very loud with board like beds. No hot water. Luckily we had a car but no connection on phone to get directions to the new hotel.
