The chalet is located in Liebenfels in the idyllic Glantal in Carinthia, Austria's southernmost province. Surrounded by pure nature, you will find numerous hiking, cycling and riding trails. The cosy city of Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee lake and even Italy are just a 30-minute drive away.

For active holidaymakers, the Simonhöhe is an absolute must: in summer a hiking and biking paradise, in winter a family-friendly ski area with 15 km of slopes and 7 lifts - and accessible in less than 15 minutes. The larger ski resorts of Bad Kleinkirchheim (103 km of pistes) and Gerlitzen Alpe (52 km) are also just an hour's drive away.

In summer, the many lakes in the area invite you to take a refreshing dip, such as Kraigersee, Goggausee or Längsee. The famous Wörthersee and Ossiacher See are 15-30 km away. In addition, the town of Sankt Veit an der Glan offers a public indoor and outdoor pool. Culture and history lovers are also in for a treat here thanks to the many castles, ruins and churches that adorn the region. And those in the mood for action can visit the estate for the popular game Lazer.at.
