For shared use: swimming pool (47 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep., extra). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, tennis (extra), terrace. In the house: lift, bicycle rental. Parking at the house on the premises, communal covered parking at the house. Shop, grocery, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 20 km, sandy beach 250 m, outdoor swimming pool 700 m, public bathing area 400 m. Marina 10 m, golf course (18 hole) 8.5 km.
