The holiday home is a terraced house, functional and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residence. FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 120 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating. All homes have security doors. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine.

Location
Lignano Sabbiadoro. The holiday home is located in a residence, on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. In a beautiful residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta, there are the terraced villas, which are about 1km away from the beach and the town centre of Sabbiadoro. Parking (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house. The covered parking in the basement of the house is suitable for two smaller cars or one larger car. Further parking is available on the public street.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September). Depending on weather conditions, the pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.
