Check in was fast. Clean. Kitchen adequately stocked. Loved the pool area and grills. Glad they recycle. We were group of 6 but set up was for 4. Did it care for sleeping arrangements ( twin with trundle, mahogany furniture bed conversion cumbersome, albeit comfy mattress.

Very pleased with the resort. We were given a larger unit than we booked, two BR/two bath instead of one of each. Very well equipped, nice view of the ocean. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Centrally located, sat to get to all the other spots on the island. We had one small issue that was addressed within an hour. I’d definitely stay there again.

Alright, let’s be real.. if you are looking at this place, you are going to Kauai on a budget. And in Kauai, you get what you pay for. This place isn’t the cleanest. But, it didnt have bed bugs so, that’s a plus. The neighborhood isn’t great. Saw a prostitute early this morning when I walked down to grab a cup of coffee and watch the ocean. Also, a homeless camp is visible from our window. On the plus side, we have a roof over our head for a relatively cheap price and we’re in Kauai. Do I recommend booking it? Absolutely not. But again, price and budget.

About as good as it will get here.

We have stayed in a variety of places and I think that this place is just the right amount of everything. It wasn’t busy or noisy. The accommodations we exactly what we needed for a laid back family of four. The pool is great awesome location the grounds are clean.

Great place to stay for the price and they actually gave us an upgraded room to accommodate that I’m handicapped. The room was so full of extras that was really surprising. Lots of extra towels, tissues, TP, and paper towels. There were lots of plates, pans, silverware, and even BBQ tools. They also included beach toys for kids and snorkeling equipment in the balcony closet. Oh and there was 2 balconies in our condo and each bedroom had its own full bathroom!

Great stay!

This property was the perfect spot for our week long visit. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and working air conditioners. The location was perfect, close to everything but for enough away not to hear the noises.

Very clean. Staff in lobby and housekeeping was very responsive in person. Had problem connecting with Internet service and left phone message with front desk that wasn't returned during our 3 night stay. Master bedroom TV was not connected to cable.

It was a spacious unit with sizeable bathrooms, plus convenience of appliances. Although dishwasher had not drained properly. And the far bedroom a/c was too noisy to keep on during the night which rendered that bedroom room a tad warm for sleeping. The carpet out to be exchanged for a flat surface flooring for ease of cleaning. On the whole it was a pleasant stay.
