Emplacement peu sécurisant ;Communs de l’immeuble pratiquement insalubres ;Porte de l’appartement ajourée de plusieurs centimètres en bas ;Isolation thermique et acoustique médiocres ;Matelas très abîmé (enfoncé) sur un côté ;Ballon d’eau chaude coupé (en conséquence, douche froide le 2eme matin) ;Bouton de chasse d’eau abîmé ;Traces d’enfoncement et d’humidité dans le placo de la salle de bain ;Appartement bien équipé ;Cuisine très bien équipée (à noté : 1 seule petite cuillère) ;Linge de maison propre.

Visite de la ville de Lille

Je suis venu à Lille pour un week-end je voulais louer un petit studio pour le séjour alors j’ai vu cette annonce elle m’a attirer l’œil donc j’ai réservé franchement je suis pas dessus c’est à 100% comme sur la photo l’appartement est très propre hygiène rien à dire facile d’accès à l’arriver dans les alentours du quartier beaucoup de choses à faire franchement je vous recommande ce studio si vous venez séjourner à Lille .
