quiet area. supermarket and bakery nearby. Bed OK, room (table) to eat small. Kitchen small and equipment meager. Contact to owner just by mail / SMS. For people with diffuculties to climb stairs: several to go.. We asked for cover of frying pan, but that was not in storage... Shower low threshold.
