Conveniently located across the street from the train station and the mall, everything you could possibly need within a few minutes walk. Lille is a lovely city and we hop to return

Normally we like the Accor hotels very much. This one was not the best. The rooms are simple and in good shape but the air conditioning was not able to properly cool the room. Good staff and a nice breakfast.

Great location for EuroStar and super breakfast

Great location, good level of comfort. Spacious room, very decent breakfast and served until midday. Would use the hotel again if coming to Lille on Eurostar. 5 mins walk to Westfield and to the Metro, if it is running!

It was ok, great location for the station.

The check in queue was very long when everyone arrived late at night on the same Eurostar train from London, and I had booked two rooms with twin beds but they were doubles when we arrived. On the plus side, the location was excellent and the staff were very nice and I would stay again.

The hotel is located in Lille centre and easily accessible to all parts, with the train station directly oppposite. Room itself was comfy enough, basic amenities. Main bed was comfortable to sleep in. 2 single beds not so much. They were very uncomfortable for adults to sleep on. Room cleaned well and staff super friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a short stay if in Lille

Overall, great choice for a short stay in Lille. The room we had was great, and well maintained. The only reason I gave the property 3 stars for cleanliness is because at the front door, cigarette butt's were piled high around the bin. Rubbish was strewn there as well. It does not look good or professional.

Ideal location for Lille Europe Eurostar and early morning onward rail connections. Short walk to the town centre. Clean comfortable hotel and good price obtained. Breakfast is pricey but buffet and looks ok.

This location was one of the rare surprising discoveries of my trip. Choosing the breakfast was wise as is most succulent. But what caught my heart, was the already prepared meals offered which are from a local producer. Authentic receipe, very tasteful, prevented me to go outside ! The staff shows they are proud to work there. If there is one thing to enhace, would be the greeting staff learn to be more smiley with their customers... :-) Warmly recommended

Great Stopover

Great stay, lovely room, spacious, really comfortable bed. Large bathroom very clean, I couldnt ask for more. If i come back to lile i will be looking at Novotel as my preferred hotel to stay in. Only negative was one of receptionists who was not very welcoming or helpful.

I got this hotel because it was next to the train station. I was supposed to have a room that was higher than the standard room. It was anything but a 4 star hotel. The room was really tired with marks on walls and carpets, cheap furniture, and faulty appliances. There were also stains on the sheet and the toilet did work properly so the amount of water used every time it was flushed was enormous and it was making noises for several minutes. I do not know how they got the sustainability certification! The walls have no insulation either. This is a 2 star hotel pretending to be a 4 star one. I did not expect such low quality from Novotel. Very disappointing.
