Disappointing service
This hotel had some pros and cons for us. If you do not have a rental car, you will be stuck taking canned group tours or trying to use very limited public transportation to see anything beyond the City. Be aware, a taxi may be able to take you somewhere, but you cannot get one back. Also, the hotel serves a lot of customers. Breakfast was utter chaos with deafening techno music. The breakfast servers do work extremely hard to handle the masses. If you enjoy cruises and Disney in August, you will love it Otherwise, skip it altogether. The older blonde hostess at breakfast was perhaps the rudest service person I have ever encountered. My husband and I travel globally, and I author a travel blog. So, do not take that statement lightly. I have met scores of people around the World.
The silver lining was the management and rooftop restaurant and bar staff. They were lovely. The location was fairly convenient for walking to local sites. Overall, I would rate this hotel a seven out of 10.
