We had a great time here. The many bedrooms allowed our group of 19 (5 families) to each have privacy when needed. Many bathrooms as well - it was nice to shower when I wanted without negotiation. Some of us had only been acquaintances prior to the weekend. The kitchen has plenty of appliances, but access to the cooking areas, sink and one fridge is choked by the very long table. It is built-in so there is no way to improve the access. The kitchen also lacked some cooking basics like olive oil and a 9x11 baking pan. Ask about the hot tub if you plan to visit. The swim portion was functional for us but the hot tub area with seating was empty of water. The cover is incredibly heavy and takes two strong adults to move. There were some additional bumps along the road that probably only happened to us but nonetheless impacted our stay.The management company did not email me with the necessary process to get the access code. The process was getting an email from the east coast management company with the phone number of the local pacific coast representative who would then text the access code to the renter. But I never got the email. It took three weeks hone calls and an hour of delay before we got into the house!Additionally, one of the two ovens did not reach the set temperature… ever. And the other oven had some residue in it that set off the (interconnected) smoke alarms any time it was used - even without food in it. Bring earplugs?
