We had a very pleasant experience at the hotel as a family with two young children and a baby. The hotel is clearly very family-friendly. The rooms are well-designed with good sound isolation, which was especially helpful with a baby - we did not feel we disturbed the others and neither were we disturbed by other children. One area where we feel there is room for improvement is the breakfast. Unfortunately, the selection was quite limited. There was no proper bread available—only sweet pastries or toast bread—and there were no basic savory options such as cheese or ham or salmon. Additionally, the scrambled eggs had a very unusual taste and were not enjoyable. We would happily stay at the hotel again and recommend it to other families!

The room was good and hotel in a great position, easy access to the city centre. The staff we're polite and the staff serving breakfast were excellent. The only things that really let it down were the curtains, theyd seen better days, they had several holes in them which let beams of light through early in the morning and there was pink cream on them, not sure what that was off and the carpet had a couple of stains that i'd imagine would come out easy with a wet vac.

Good solid hotel for a family holiday

Good hotel for a quick family stay with a 1 & 4 year old. Great room and great service from the staff, perfect and affordable for a quick stay. Great location close to the city centre and easy parking. Average hotel breakfast, full cooked breakfast plus a few minor other choices. All and all, good holiday hotel.

The price was good, parking extra but secure, great breakfast. Excellent interaction with all staff who were helpful. A bit loud in the early evenring from traffic but this quietened down later on. Slept well. Would stay again

Not as good as normal.

Normally stay here when at Lincoln but this time the cleanliness was quite poor (one towel and a mysterious stain on it). Room on 6th floor was quite noisy as well.

It’s a long walk to shops, bars etc and on a very busy road.Nothing much nearby.The rooms and breakfast were okay.Paid £30 for our little dog to stay but didn’t get anything for him as in other dog friendly hotels,we’ve stayed in.We left a day early.

Good Value Stopover

Good value stay. Room clean and comfortable double bed. Included breakfast was adequate (would preferred fried eggs and mushrooms with cooked breakfast). No vegetarian option (sausage etc..) or signs to say could request this? Hotel is in good location to city centre re 10 min walk. Would stay again as good value for our 1 night stay over.
