Have stayed here many times now and it’s fab - very accommodating staff, friendly and super helpful. Showers are great, rooms are sizeable and beds are comfy, location is fantastic as you’re right in the centre. Could not fault this place, fave place to stay in Lincoln.

Clean only complaint is finding the carpark. Directions send you down Lucy Tower street and turn right but the signs say pedestrian area. We had to phone the hotel !!!!

A brick window of a view

The staff are great but they are hamstrung by having to pacify people like me that when they go to their room find their view from the window is a brick wall of a recently built extention. IMHO rooms like this should either be used as admin or offered in advance at a cheaper rate. Informing the customer who arrived in the evening that they've nothing better is poor practice, which i expect better from a IHG hotel.

No TV

Well situated with parking. Our main complaint is that the TV did not work. We reported the problem at 1800 and 1900 but were not advised that it could not be fixed until 2200. We were offered a room move but we felt this a bit late especially as we were only booked in for one night. Obviously we did not visit Lincoln to watch TV but it is nice to have a TV available.

Hotel was in a great position with shops and restaurants close by. Communal areas look they have been refurbished but bedrooms could do with the same. Staff helpful and friendly. Bar staff seemed missing a lot during the day. Great for allergies especially gluten free which one of us is, both breakfast and the lounge menu had many choices. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel on the Marina

Very large room. Very clean. Amazing large comfy bed. It also had an extra area with a table and chairs. Bathroom was modern and clean with a good shower. Toiletries provided. This room was really good for the price and a good location. There was only one down side the room had very little natural light but as we didn’t spend much time in the room except to sleep it was ok. Would definitely stay here again.
