Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with decking, lawn, furniture, and hot tub, plus off-road parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Just a short drive from North Hykeham is Doddington Hall with its delightful gardens, the Usher Gallery, Lincoln Castle, the Museum of Lincolnshire Life, and the city of Lincoln with its wonderful hill top cathedral and shopping centre with a traditional market. A short drive takes you to the Lincolnshire Wolds, offering pretty rural villages and the market towns of Market Rasen, Horncastle and Louth with independent shops and tearooms.
