The spacious living, dining, and kitchen area occupies the center portion of this condominium. Enjoy the comfortable seating in front of the TV, and have a home-made dinner at the table after snacking at the kitchen counter on one of the 4 bar stools. The large slider windows allow the beautiful river and mountain views in, or step out and enjoy a cozy seat on the deck there. On the left side of the living area is the primary bedroom suite with a queen bed, television, and private bath, while the right side offers two additional bedrooms (one with two twin beds, the other with a set of pyramid bunk beds) as well as another full bath.

During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the nearby old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.
