Light - flooded 2.5 room apartment with large balcony and lake view in the historic. OG to 80 sqm. The property is equipped for a maximum of 4 persons (1 double bed and 1 high quality sofa bed). Not suitable for children under 3 years. From the ground floor to the 1st floor. A lift is also available on the upper floor. W-lan is provided free of charge.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, small secretary and chest of drawers. The triple insulated windows with electrically controlled blinds sleep quietly and relaxed. In addition, a modern ventilation system automatically ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Directly next to it you have a great shower bath with a generous level accessible shower and washing machine with dryer function. Through the hallway you enter the walk-in closet.

All rooms are equipped with high quality parquet or tiles. There is also an eletro grill for a cozy barbecue evening on the balcony. In the surrounding area you will find the supermarket, bakers, butchers and restaurants, everything you need. The historic churches and the old market square are not far (Wednesday and Saturday is market).

For the public parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.


With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

Tolle Wohnung

Der erste Eindruck war fantastisch. Was die Wohnung angeht, hat sich da auch nichts geändert. Allerdings haben die fahrenden Züge ab dem 2. Abend wirklich etwas genervt, wenn man abends auf dem Balkon saß. Trotzdem würden wir diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in TOP zentraler Lage von Lindau Insel

Die Wohnung ist wahrhaftig ein Traum- toll ausgestattet, großzügig geschnitten und perfekt für einen Familienurlaub zu viert mit zwei Teenagern. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, sehr detailliert und man hat wirklich alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünscht. Dazu kommt die ausgezeichnete zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof von Lindau Insel. Falls es überhaupt ein Manko gibt, ist das der zeitweise Lärmpegel der ein- und ausfahrenden Züge- aber wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man davon nichts mehr. Alles in Lindau Insel ist fußläufig erreichbar, man ist sofort in der schönen Stadt oder am Hafen, von wo aus man weitere Ausflüge z.B. mit der Fähre unternehmen kann. Direkt unten im Haus befindet sich ein Supermarkt, der von 8-20 Uhr Mo-Sa. geöffnet hat und alles bietet, was man braucht. Das Auto muss auf einem der öffentlichen Parkplätze abgestellt werden; davon gibt es auf Lindau Insel keine, die eine längere Parkdauer ermöglichen. Jedoch ist das Festland Lindau-Stadt zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreicht, wo man das Auto gut abstellen kann. Oder man nutzt einen Shuttle-Bus. Die Kurkarten berechtigen übrigens zur kostenlosen Nutzung des gesamten Nahverkehrs (Bus und Bahn) in der Bodensee-Region auf deutschem Gebiet- das ist richtig super! So kann man bis ins Allgäu, nach Ravensburg, Friedrichshafen usw. kostenlos fahren oder auch den Stadtbus benutzen. Der Check in zur Wohnung ist wunderbar kontaktlos möglich, es ist ein Schlüsselsafe in 100 Metern Entfernung zur Wohnung vorhanden. Insgesamt also eine supertolle Wohnung, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr, sehr gern dort!

Fantastische Wohnung, bestens ausgestattet, hochwertig eingerichtet, zentral gelegen, Seeblick

Das "Urlaubsglück" macht seinem Namen alle Ehre. Angefangen bei der Wohnung selbst: Hochwertige Ausstattung, hochwertige, sehr geschmackvolle Möbel, liebevolle Deko, tolle Farbwahl der Möbel und Bilder, fantastische moderne Küche, hier ist alles vorhanden von Kaffeemaschine, Teekanne, Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe, Besteck, usw. ...Geschirrspülmaschine, Herd und Backofen, Wasserkocher und Toaster. ...es ist toll, dass sowohl Spülmaschinen-Reiniger, Handspülmittel, Geschirrtücher, Kleenex...uvm. vorhanden sind, von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ganz zu schweigen.....der Balkon ist groß und lädt zum Verweilen ein, mit Seeblick......was soll ich sagen....ankommen und sich wohl fühlen....ich hatte niemals eine besser ausgestattete Fewo.... Die Lage ist klasse....in wenigen Minuten ist man am Hafen oder in der Fußgängerzone....der Parkplatz P5 in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen....Schlüsselübergabe völlig unproblematisch. ...Fewo zudem sehr sauber und gepflegt. Lob an Frau Kemmerle und Herrn Stadler. .....Auf der Balkonseite befindet sich der Hauptbahnhof von Lindau. Es ist hoch interessant dem Treiben zuzusehen. Dank der schalldichten Fenster aber in Sachen Störung kein Problem. Im EG des Gebäudes befindet sich ein Lebensmittel Geschäft, so dass man kurze Wege für die wichtigsten Besorgungen hat. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder.
