For 4 people with a terrace, located in a beautiful residence 70m from the sandy beach and beautiful coves to discover. Direct access to the beach with restaurant on the beach. Apartment redone in painting and installation in 2018.

Traumhafter Urlaub!

Sehr schöne und bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die Nähe zum Strand sowie die ruhige Lage fanden wir fantastisch. Valerie ist eine super Gastgeberin und sehr sympathisch. Hier stimmt Preis und Leistung. Wir kommen gerne wieder Korsika ist wunderbar.

Un appartement adapté à nos besoin et très propre (1 chambre pour les enfants et 1 canapé dans le salon pour nous). Il était à 2 pas de la mer et de la piscine! Tout est conforme à l'annonce!

Très bel endroit. Accueil très chaleureux de Veronique. Et Valérie, propriétaire de l’appartement au petit soins avec nous, très attentionné. Notre beau séjour!

Nous avons passé presque 2 semaines dans la résidence et notre séjour a été très agréable. L'appartement n'est pas très grand mais très bien organisé er très bien équipé, ce qui le fait paraitre plus spacieux. Il y a assez de vaisselle pour 4 et il y a de quoi cuisiner un peu (casseroles, poêles et fait-tout assez grands et en bon état.) La clim était un plus non négligeable! La loggia est super bien équipée, surtout pour suspendre les servietten de plage. De plus elle est orientée nord, il y fait toujours bon malgré la chaleur. Nous y avons passé beaucouo de temps! Propreté impeccable et accueil chaleurux sur place grâce à Véronique qui nous a préparé des glacons er mis une bière Corse au frais. Merci! La piscine est splendide, Tout est propre, même les sanitaires. Seul bémol: L'accès direct à la plage (qui est très jolie) à été bloqué par une nouvelle résidence en construction en contrebas de la résidence. Il y a toujours accès à la plage, mais il faut sortir de la résidence et passer derrière la réception. Le chemin est un peu accidenté et les escaliers en mauvais état. Peut-être cet accès sera réaménagé lorsque les travaux sur la nouvelle résidence seront terminés? Les Infos, coneils et suggestions d'excursion laissées par Valérie sont une bonne aide. Nous avons fait plusiieurs virées très sympas. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller der Appartement.

Family PRAT Appartement très bien équipé. Des propriétaires au petit soin et arrangeant sur la flexibilité des horaires, Véronique qui est sur place est tout simplement très sympathique. Une location à ne pas dire à tout le monde sinon il n'y aura plus de dispo pour nous!!!!Mdr. A louer de nouveau pour l'été 2019.

un paradis près de la mer

Un appartement conforme aux données du site. Une propriétaire très attentionnée de ses occupants, que du bonheur d être en corse dans un endroit très calme. Je recommande vivement cette location très pré de la mer et de la paillote avec des serveurs super sympas. Meme si la corse reste assez chère, il y à vraiment énormément de sites à voir.

Très bel appartement dont l'espace a été optimisé pour 1 gain de place considérable. Cadre très agréable. Plage a proximité Belle piscine. Accueil chaleureux par la personne présente sur place, très aimable et à l'écoute. Les propriétaires sont également très aimables et disponible. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si l'occasion se présente.

Nous sommes venus 15 jours en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) L'appartement est incroyablement bien équipé et parfaitement entretenu. Les contacts avec la propriétaire avant le voyage était précis, chaleureux et rassurant. Reçu sur place par une charmante jeune femme très disponible qui nous a donné la clé. Nous connaissions la résidence pour y être venu plusieurs années donc pas de découverte de ce coté là, la piscine, la plage rien n'a changé. L' appartement est un des plus agréables de la résidence. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.
