Holiday Home by Lake with Sandy Beach

Bright and welcoming holiday home with a sunny terrace and a large garden in the immediate vicinity of a lake. The house features a living/dining room (double sofa bed) with an open kitchen and fireplace. A few steps up is an open sleeping gallery with a double sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The kitchen is well-equipped (4 induction hobs, combo oven with microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer). The holiday home is ideal for families with children. In addition to a small playground in the garden, a SUP board is available for guests. The lake with its sandy beach and jetty is only 150 meters away. Fishing is possible; permits are available on site. The area is rich in forests and lakes and is ideal for excursions by bike or on foot. There are two small shops in the village. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found in Lipnica (14 km). The district town of Bytów is ideal for excursions to the Teutonic Knights' Castle or the water park. Kayaking tours are organized on the surrounding rivers.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Bring towels. Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed.
