Boutique hotel with good restaurant attached

Views outside my window were good. The place is tastefully decorated. The room was comfy and quiet. Breakfast options were plentiful and tasty.

Good location, mediocre service

The location of this hotel is great and the rooms are more spacious than we expected. Really comfortable beds and quiet at night. Downsides: We didn’t find the staff to be particularly helpful. The individual at check in was rude and even though we were told we could settle our room charge at the end with preferred cards they charged it all at check in and then were unable to reverse the charge and put it onto new cards. They also mention being eco friendly but even though we hung the towels up to not be replaced they did so daily.

Great location for my first visit to Lisbon - as long as you don't mind walking up and down hills (hard to get away from in Lisbon). Staff were helpful and friendly, room was lovely and good choice of breakfast options.

It was a great vacation and 9hoetl mercy was wonderful. Their breakfast buffet was excellent as was the staff. The hotel Is located on a great spot close to many restaurants and sites.
