The apartment and staff were lovely. We had some challenges as the first unit that they put us in had an issue with the hot water - but they very rapidly solved the problem by moving us to another unit- we could not have asked for a faster solution to the problem. The staff was very helpful - both at check in and during our stay.

We stayed three nights in a two-bedroom apartment with balcony, it was very spacious for our family of four adults. The room was super clean with high ceiling, super quiet at night, staff was very nice and helpful, location was very convenient, bed was comfortable but pillows were not that great. I would really recommend these apartments. Good location, spotlessly clean and everything you need in the apartment. The breakfast delivery was excellent with different options very day and fresh bread and pastries. Beatrice on reception was really helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations. Its right on the doorstep of Bairro Alto for the bars and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at Almaria Ex Libris Chiado from start to finish. From the initial booking through to check-in and check-out, communication was excellent and everything felt seamless. The apartment was amazing - even better than the photos online. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. It was spotlessly clean, bright, and filled with natural light thanks to the large windows. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere and explore Lisbon with ease. The real highlight was the thoughtful touches, especially the fresh bread delivered outside our door each morning and the fresh fruit provided for juicing. The apartment was also very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If there was one small downside, it would be that the pillows weren’t the most comfortable and the bathroom towels weren’t the best quality, although they were changed daily. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely love to come back.
