Ideal location near the districts of the historic center, on the hill of Santana. Very close to the historic districts (10 minutes on foot): Bairro Alto, Chiado, Graça, Rossio and Alfama. Soft decoration (renewed 2020) quiet street with little car traffic and very typical. Lots of typical and inexpensive restaurants in the neighborhood. Finer choice in nearby neighborhoods. Ideal for a relaxing and touristic holiday, ideal for a couple or a family of 4 people.

Huoneisto on saanut mainiota palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Rossion aukio. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Everything was great, good location. Very clean. Nice it was on the first floor. Apartment was fully equipped with everything you need. Marisa was a wonderful host. Just be aware, the apartment is at the top of a very steep hill.

Marisa, the hostess, is amazing. She greeted us and then showed us the apartment layout. She also pointed out local restaurants, points of interest, etc. Marisa always replied to our queries within minutes. The apt itself is minutes from the downtown core where there are street vendors, restaurants, monuments, busses, subways, tour busses and more. I highly recommend this venue and appreciated the friendly locals.

Wonderful stay in Lisbon. Our apartment was perfectly located in the center of town a short walk to multiple metro stop, and our host was communicative and thoughtful. The apartment itself is well-appointed and spacious — it was perfect for the two of us but also would have worked for a family of four. Be prepared for the steep slope of the hillside walking up from the restaurants and metro stops, but we got used to it (may not be the best option for older or less mobile guests).

Such a beautiful, authentic suite and building. The location was perfect for our needs. Far enough from the city center, but close enough to walk. Our host, Marisa was very kind and thoughtful. We needed for nothing. Small stores to purchase water and food on both sides of the doorway.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Marisa qui est fonctionnel, propre et très bien placé Malheureusement le lave-linge ne fonctionnait pas, mais il devrait être bientôt réparé.Quelques petits points à améliorer : la porte coulissante de la douche ferme mal, le support du pommeau de douche ne se règle plus, le lavabo est petit et le volet roulant de la chambre ne se ferme pas complètement sauf en le faisant claquer très fort. Marisa nous a très bien accueillis et nous a donné des conseils utiles. Elle nous a permis de laisser nos valises le jour de notre départ afin que nous puissions profiter encore un peu de Lisbonne. Marisa est à l'écoute et disponible, c'est très appréciable ! Muito obrigada !

Nice City Apartment

The Apartment is perfectly located to visit the main city and most of the highlights of Lisboa. Very clean and in a traditional design. We really felt like being guests in Portugal. Marisa is a very nice host and enabled us to check in flexibly due to our arrive from Sintra.

Wonderful apartment in Lisbon

Marissa was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was immaculate, well-equipped and laid out perfectly for two people. It’s in a great area on a narrow side street within walking distance of many spots. Marissa was kind enough to leave in the fridge a nice bottle of wine and a large bottle of water to start our stay as well!

We Want To Stay Again

Location, location, location. It was awesome. Walking distance to popular sites and places. A short walk to the transportation hubs like bus and train stations. A few blocks from busy and beautiful squares but nestled in a delightful, safe, character-filled neighborhood with little bars and bodegas within a block. Two little parks that were absolute gems less than 10 minutes away. Did I mention the location is great?Lisbon is not great for those with mobility issues. Many steep hills and uneven surfaces to traverse. By Lisbon standards, the small flight of stairs up to the apartment was a breeze to negotiate.Atop the flight of stairs, we opened the door to find a charming, spotless, apartment that was precisely and accurately described in the listing. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy our meals. (We prepared most of them here during our stay). The bathroom had all necessary toiletries and nice towels. We also made use of the washing machine and the washing supplies and accessories. Our host Marisa was excellent about keeping in touch with us before we arrived and throughout our stay. She was especially kind to accommodate us by letting us drop off our luggage early before the agreed check-in time. She even reached out to let us check in early when she was able to get the place cleaned up from her prior guest before the usual check in time.The check in process was helpful with tips about the apartment and location.

First of all this apartment was priced below many hotel rooms and it offered a full kitchen, laundry facilities, local travel info, and excellent safety standards. The apartment was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and air conditioning that worked very well. It’s a little steep of a climb from the Rosso square, but most of Lisbon is on a hill, and you can always take a taxi from the square for $6Eu. Highly recommend this property!

A great central location with walking to most sights in the area.

Wonderful host who takes care of the guests and property very well. Street is a bit noisy at times and it has a lot of colorful characters around. The kitchen was a bit small for meal prep but that is likely true for most places around Lisboa. Would definitely stay here again. Bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and well apportioned.
