Fantastic Apartment

The whole process from initially booking the apartment to arriving at the apartment was very easy and straight forward. There was excellent communication throughout. The location was great, very close to access the main tourist areas. Natalie was our point of contact who contacted us prior to our arrival and met us at the apartment. She was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was on the 4th floor but thankfully there was a lift. It was very modern and beautifully presented. The bedding and towels were excellent quality, there was everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was immaculate and everything was to an exceptional standard. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept very well. We were there for 3 nights and the apartment was cleaned daily. We had a brilliant time in Lisbon and the fact that our accommodation was so perfect for us made it all the more special. Many thanks to the staff who obviously work hard to mae sure we had a fantastic stay.

Nice room, high ceilings, 3 beautiful large windows with small balconies. Great area for shopping and restaurants but a bit noisy at night. Parking was a slight challenge but managed after downloading a parking app and using the underground parking across the street for a fee.

We were given the wrong door code, it was only when other people turned up that we were able to get in. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, giving us instruction on how to find places and printing maps and documents for the airport and booking taxi.

The care and warmth we received when checking in really helped us to settle in and got things off to a great start. The room was large for an inner city location and situated in an ideal location. Easy to wall to the Chiado area and many of the other attractions. Worked perfectly for us.

We had a great four night stay at this property! Management is responsive and helpful. Central location for sure. I would suggest some purse/ coat hooks be added to the entryway.
