Central location to restaurants and transport. 5 minutes to Plaza Commercial. Accommodation was excellent- very clean and comfortable. We were given the wrong door code, it was only when other people turned up that we were able to get in. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, giving us instruction on how to find places and printing maps and documents for the airport and booking taxi.

The care and warmth we received when checking in really helped us to settle in and got things off to a great start. The room was large for an inner city location and situated in an ideal location. Easy to wall to the Chiado area and many of the other attractions. Worked perfectly for us.

Amazing location, walking distance to many of the tourist hot spots in Lisbon. I stayed here with my young family and it was comfortable, well appointed and safe. Beautiful building. Also let us check in a couple of hours early.

Great location, clean. We would stay again. When we booked it said it had laundry but Washer didn’t work and nobody told us before we got there and we have been travelling for a while so laundry was important to us so that was a little disappointing. Overall nice place.

Great location. Short walk to Metro station. Right in the heart of old Lisbon. Staff were great. Our room was stylish, the bed comfy, and the kitchenette a nice bonus. The shower needs some attention but that was our only complaint. Note to future guests: if you arrive back at your hotel late at night, please be respective of the other guests by keeping your voices low and not letting doors slam. Thank you.
