Located in the peaceful parish of Santa Bárbara, the villa offers a calm setting just a 3-minute drive from Porto Dinheiro Beach. Despite its peaceful location, a mini supermarket is only an 8-minute walk away, and a traditional Portuguese restaurant can be reached in 12 minutes on foot.

The outdoor area is fully enclosed, making it ideal for families with children, and features a private swimming pool, a 7-person jacuzzi, barbecue area, outdoor shower, and exterior bathroom, perfect for enjoying sunny days in total privacy.

Inside, the villa is spread across three floors and includes a private elevator.

Floor 0: Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with international channels, Netflix and Disney+, PS5 and Nintendo Switch, one en-suite bedroom, and a separate WC.

Floor 1: Two en-suite bedrooms, two additional bedrooms, and one shared bathroom.

AWAY FROM THE CROWD - BUT CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

A group of 6 women - we love to shop and tour, walk and see everything we can while overseas. This house was so comfortable and clean - lots of space to spread out and hang out on our quiet days. We took advantage of drivers to take us into Lisbon and Sintra - but we drove to Peniche, Tomar, Laurinha, Santarim, and 5 other towns near us. So much to see, and many fantastic restaurants right in town. Once they finish the downstairs suite, this will be the ultimate place to stay away from the crowds but still close enough to everything Portugal.
