Great hotel with really friendly staff

I had a night here with a friend who lives about an hour north of Lisbon before flying back to the UK. The staff were really friendly and contacted me before our stay, giving us recommendations on local restaurants. We were able to drop our bags in when we arrived and head out exploring. When we came back to check in, the bags had been taken up to our room which was a nice touch. Breakfast was included and had plenty choice - perfect for a travel day. There’s a great bookshop across the road and a big choice of bars and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Lisbon stay

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was a great size, but the room was quite warm and no way to control the temp. Area seemed very safe. There are a few restaurants and mini markets in the area. You are not allowed any outside food or drinks in your room, which we thought was odd. On description this hotel came up in historic old town and it was quite a walk to the old town. There is a trolley stop right outside the hotel. They offer car service to and from airport for a fee. Great stay overall! Lisbon was fantastic!

I was treated like a countess by this lovely, elegant hotel. The room was lovely, the staff was gracious and very helpful. Breakfast was superb. It's a great place to take your walks, and really good restaurants are within minutes. The neighborhood is not crowded. The decor and design are beautiful. You will not go wrong here - it's like your own palace!
