Fun location right in the middle of the old historic section. Easy to walk many places. We enjoyed our stay. Communication beforehand was a problem. I wasn't able to upload pics of passports thru the software program they used. Requests for further instructions were not answered in a timely manner and we arrived with no instructions on how to get in. If we had not arrived at the same time as the cleaners, we would have been out of luck. One of them helped contact customer service and we completed the upload thru a different program. It was very frustrating to say the least. Once inside, there were no instructions on how to control the thermostat and the heat came on in the middle of the night every night. We also had to buy toilet paper and hand soap. All that said, it is a great location and we liked the property. Some better communication would be appreciated.

Appartamento centralissimo, molto bello con tutti i confort, a 150m dalla stazione della metro, a 50m dall'Elevator di St. Justa, molto confortevole nonostante la via sottostante molto affollata. Unico problema il pavimento in legno rumorosissimo..
