We paid a premium expecting a high-end experience, but the stay was very disappointing. The room hadn’t been cleaned properly on arrival, which raised sanitary concerns. The pool area, while beautiful, was dirty with stained cushions and bandages floating in the water. Drinks were extremely overpriced. The bathrooms had visible black mold, and the AC in our room didn’t work. When staff came to check, the issue wasn’t fixed and the technician left after making a sarcastic remark. The service overall has been terrible, unhelpful, dismissive, and far from what you’d expect at this price point. Even the Wi-Fi pin they gave us didn’t work, which made things even more frustrating. For the cost, there are many hotels that offer the same amenities at a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and luxury. This one falls far short.

Hotel is new and modern. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Hotel staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathrooms inside the rooms. They are open bathrooms with no door/privacy. Unless you are a couple, it is a bit odd and uncomfortable to not have privacy in the bathroom.

extremely noisy hotel, sounds like a semi truck is going to drive through your window at night. Do not get a room on the front of the hotel. When we asked the hotel to change be rooms they didn’t reply they just said we know we have a noise problem with the motor bikes. We checked out early due to the noise and the hotel just said OK, refund or price adjustment for the nights we didn’t stay.

Property was modern and spacious. We had a suite. There was water damage in the shower with a clear plumbing issue. We had fruit and wine in the room upon arrival however room service left it for several days (maybe a miscommunication). Excluding those issues the room was great, the common areas were clean and well kept. Staff was super polite and courteous- took some time to adjust to the slower speeds, but over all, a great stay.
