The staff were very helpful. The cleaner was amazing, my only disappointment was being given a room on the 4th floor, which had a smashed balustrade and plywood clamps between the broken glass and the adjacent panels - the room and balcony were otherwise much better than the room we were quickly moved to. This was on the second floor close to the road and entrance and we were kept awake by guests outside the front until 2:30am one morning! I was very surprise that at a hotel like yours someone thought it ok to use the room before the broke glass balustrade had been replaced - despite all of that we will probably return to your hotel, which otherwise was great!

Our room was very modern and bright. It offered a nice view of the area toword Cascais and some view of the ocean. The room had an impressive lighting system which also took some effort to learn to operate. I thought that the toilet could have been better separated from the room itself. The hotel has a nice view deck and restaurant at the top floor. Located there are also a nice swimming pool, massage facilities, and a couple of saunas. Aside from the Estoril Casino and some kind of an entertainment park located nextdoor there are not a lot of activities available in the area. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit any of those facillities. But, Cascais is close. We even walked the distance once. Perhaps it took 45 minutes.

Lovely hotel with great staff and a convenient location. Very easy walk to the beach or into Cascais town centre. Dining options were premium but we felt the quality matched the price. Would stay here again.

Lovely modern hotel ideal for a short break. Perfectly clean and everything well maintained. Breakfast was great. Location good- a few mins walk down to the beach with a few good places to eat and 5 mins into Cascais by taxi. Pool area is a great place to relax all day - infinity pool with unbroken sea views behind. Plenty of sunloungers when we stayed Why not 5 stars? The service by the pool was at best variable. 5 times we had to chase a drink order after a 20 min wait. Also road noise was a bit loud on the room’s spacious balcony. Luckily noise did not rise as far as pool
