We had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness stood out right away—everything was spotless and well maintained. The location was absolutely perfect, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. We barely needed transportation, which made exploring the city even more enjoyable. While the room was on the smaller side, it didn’t bother us at all. We were out most of the time enjoying everything the city has to offer, and only came back to shower and sleep. If you’re looking for a clean, centrally located place to stay while making the most of your trip, this hotel is a great choice

It was difficult to maneuver luggage on the steps in the lobby and the elevator is tiny. However the spaces are well-configured for the limitations in a historic building on a historic street. The breakfast was excellent.

This was such a gem of a hotel in Lisbon! We stayed for a couple of days and it was a great location to enjoy the city of Lisbon - it's really close to the main sights and to transport options whilst being ever so slightly elevated and therefore providing great views out to the western side of the city and the harbour. We asked ahead of time if we could stay in one of the tiled rooms and we really did love the design and the spaciousness of the room and balcony, which actually got a lot of use by us! Breakfast in the morning had jusg enough variety to keep you interested and nourish you for the day, and the coffee was lovely and strong. All of the staff at reception and the bar were friendly and helpful and it was clear they want you to have a good experience. Overall, a brilliant hotel which I would definitely return to when in Lisbon!

I liked the staff, but the towels were raggedy and old. The breakfast was started late so if people need to go somewhere early in the morning, are not able to have breakfast. The air conditioning did not cool on the last day, so we it was very warm in the room.

Not 4 star hotel, about a 2! Our room 24 was miniscule. Nowhere for more than 1 bag. Twin room means 2 single beds pushed together. A metal frame/rack for a wardrobe. No room around sink for toilet/cosmetic bag. USB charging point next to toilet pan! Shower works okay, but with only 1 light it's dim. Coffee and kettle in room on small metal shelf by bed, but no milk or creamer provided. Not recommended. There must be better places in Lisbon for this money.

Very friendly hotel close to major sights, shopping, restaurants and other amenities. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff who checked us in and provided restaurant recommendations and reservations (Lara and Joao). This made our trip to Lisbon even more special and enjoyable.
