Excellent hotel with a perfect location and very clean rooms. We stayed twice in the last 15 days, and the highlight of the hotel is definitely the staff — both the front desk and the breakfast team were excellent, with special thanks to Martin, who was outstanding. Highly recommended.

The location of the 138 Liberdade is wonderful -- we could easily get to the metro, trams and many restaurants several museums and neighborhoods. The staff was amazing! they helped us find good places to see the sunset, great restaurants, and transportation options. They even provided ice for my sore foot! We really enjoyed our 5-night stay and would have loved to stay longer.
