The well-equipped kitchenette includes all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals, complete with a stove, oven, and microwave. A dishwasher makes post-meal cleanup effortless, while a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment ensure your laundry needs are met with ease.

The serene bedroom is furnished with a plush queen-sized bed, dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to guarantee a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is located in one of Lisbon’s most historic and culturally rich neighbourhoods, offering a variety of attractions and amenities nearby. Just 500 meters away, the Palácio de São Bento stands as a significant historical landmark, originally built as a Benedictine monastery and now home to the Portuguese Parliament since 1834. A short walk down the street leads to the Amália Rodrigues House Museum, where visitors can explore the former residence of the iconic fado singer and gain insight into Portugal’s traditional music.

For those seeking a peaceful retreat, Jardim das Francesinhas provides a tranquil green space adorned with sculptures, including "A Família" by Leopoldo de Almeida, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The area is also known for its renowned antique and vintage shops, offering unique furniture and artwork.

Within walking distance, visitors can explore the Natural History Museum and Botanical Garden, where educational exhibits meet lush greenery.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
